These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the Local Tab Workspaces website and Early Access offer. The Product is a digital Chrome extension. The website and Creem store / Early Access offer are operated by LIAO XIANG, an individual indie developer based in China (legal name matching merchant onboarding). By using this site or purchasing Early Access, you agree to these Terms.
Local Tab Workspaces is a local-first Chrome extension for saving and restoring tab groups on your device. Unlimited local save/restore is intended to remain free. Optional cross-device sync may be offered later as a paid feature. The Product is not yet listed on the Chrome Web Store.
You may reserve Early Access with a one-time $1 USD seat hold. Payment is processed by Creem. This hold signals interest in Early Access / future sync; it is a digital purchase, not a physical good.

If Early Access access cannot be delivered, refunds are available by email within 14 days of purchase. Email lililiaoxiang0913@gmail.com with your order details.
Do not misuse the site or Product, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Product for unlawful activity.
The Product and site are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Early Access hold.
